ABOUT US

At PSW Furnishings we design and manufacture bespoke bed and bunk bed designs.
Our products are largely hand-crafted by our expert carpenter (Mr PSW Furnishings himself) and hand-painted in-house by our team. We provide a catalogue of standard designs, as well as creating unique, customised, and bespoke services. 

 

In our shop you can find our design ranges with photos, colour options, and various storage options and additional extras.

You can also contact us through email for alterations or bespoke designs (for example, if you have limited space or want something different)

Our bed and bunkbed designs are currently only available for delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland.

DELIVERIES & ORDER FULFILMENT

Bespoke Beds & Bunk Beds

Our bespoke beds are all hand-made to order and can take up to 12 weeks from placement of order until delivery and/or installation.

Our beds are currently delivered within Ireland & Northern Ireland. Once you have placed your order, we will be in touch via email to confirm your order details.

Delivery Only 

Some of our flat packed products are delivery only. This means we will be delivering your products with no option of installation. Please note this will be shown when placing your order as "delivery only"

Delivery & Installation

When ordering your bed you will have the option for delivery only or delivery and installation depending on the product ordered and location. If you are opting for delivery and installation, this will then be arranged via email around 3-4 weeks prior to your delivery date. Installation takes around 1.5-2 hours depending on the size and complexity of your order. Bespoke designs can take 1-2 days of installation and you will be provided with further details by email. 

External Installation

If you are in an area that doesn't offer installation, we endeavour to refer you to a local fitter in your area to install your bespoke bed or bunk bed.

Self-Installation

We do not recommend self-installation unless you are a joiner or carpenter, as these are not typical flat-packed beds. Installation requires some joinery skill and power tools and is not optimised for the general public. PSW Furnishings will not be held liable for any damage caused to the products as a result of self-installation. Liability falls on the person(s) who have installed your products- either PSW Furnishings, external fitters, or other. 

FAILED DELIVERIES & CANCELLATIONS

We aim to provide delivery details up to 4 weeks in advance, to provide you with significant notice to make arrangements for our fitters to deliver and install your beds. Once the delivery date has been agreed, this can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the agreed delivery with no fee. 

Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to receive your order on the agreed installation date. If you fail to provide us with notice, and our fitters are unable to install your bed on the agreed date, we will have to charge a full delivery price to re-deliver and install your bed at a later date (the next availability will be dependant on our current schedules).

PAYMENTS & DELIVERIES

We require a 50% deposit for all products. Orders will not be added to our order books or delivery schedules until after a deposit is paid- our lead time begins from the date of payment of deposit- there are no exceptions. 

You will receive an invoice for your final balance on the week of your agreed installation date. Your balance will need to be paid the day before your scheduled delivery in order for your delivery to be fulfilled. Payments that aren’t completed will be postponed until the next available installation date after the invoice is paid. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our bespoke bunk beds are all made to order and are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of placement of deposit or order (before the materials for production have been purchased and the manufacturing process has started)

In the rare circumstance that there is an issue with your product, we endeavour to work with you, the customer, to mend or replace the product, if necessary, until you are fully satisfied. Our bespoke bunk bed products come with a 12 month warrantee, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any issues. 

Please note that due to the bespoke nature of these products, and due to the cost of installation- we are unable to offer a full refund if you change your mind and decide to return the product after installation.

In these circumstances, we can offer to buy back the product minus delivery and installation fees (which includes the cost for us to return to, disassemble, and remove your beds).

HEALTH & SAFETY

Our beds and bunk beds are all manufactured to adhere to the European Health and Safety standards EN747 for strength, stability, and durability.
